predisposizione delle richieste di pagamento (sia avvisi di pagamento che fatture (anche pro forma) nel caso di società. Abbiamo la possibilità di predisposizione e invio anche di fatture elettroniche);

gestione degli incassi, sia direttamente su conto dedicato che sui conti dei Proprietari;

gestione dei solleciti a partire da quelli bonari sino all’azione legale;

gestione delle problematiche relative alla manutenzione delle unità locate o dell’intero stabile.

The Studio provides for:
- identification and selection of the tenant;
- preparation and registration of the contract both via the online channel and at the offices of the Revenue Agency;
- online sending of payments for subsequent annual amounts, extensions, cancellations, and rent renegotiations;
- preparation of payment requests (both payment notices and invoices (including pro forma) in the case of companies. We also have the ability to prepare and send electronic invoices);
- management of collections, both directly into a dedicated account and into the Owners' accounts; - management of reminders starting from amicable ones to legal action;
- management of issues related to the maintenance of rented units or the entire building.
